The house features four bedrooms, each with comfortable king size beds and an en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub, while the others are equipped with showers. The master bedroom also boasts a private outdoor patio and shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped and provides direct access to both the outdoor area and the dining room. The dining room includes a table that comfortably seats eight and offers a direct view of the swimming pool.
One of our favorite spaces is the bar, which provides an intimate atmosphere. Its comfortable sofa makes it the perfect spot to relax, work, or enjoy a drink with friends.
The indoor garden is another relaxing area, ideal for unwinding, reading, or meditating. It serves as a cool retreat in the summer and a cozy refuge in the winter when it's too cold outside.
Space
Palazzo San Vito combines the charme of a historic palazzo, with all modern comforts. With its 350m2 of indoor space, for only 4 bedrooms, makes it very comfortable and spacey. Ideal when you are sharing it with a group of friends.
The outdoor space, with more than 700m2 of green, gives you enough space for outdoor dining, lounging around the pool or below the orange tree orchard.

There is ample outdoor space to enjoy throughout the day.
The pool measures 40 m² and is 1.4 meters deep, featuring various shallow areas where you can relax or dip your feet while reading a book or enjoying a drink. For your convenience, there are four comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas available. The pool deck also includes a couple of mattresses for added relaxation.
In addition, there is a lounge area shaded by orange trees, complete with a built-in BBQ. Next to the kitchen, a dining table provides the perfect spot for meals.
The entrance patio offers a lush, green environment with plenty of shade during warmer days, making it an ideal place to read or engage in conversation.
