Confirmation and cancellation policy:
50% of the total is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before arrival and is non-refundable.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or with a hold on your credit card.

Check out time: 10 am
Late check-ins (20:00 - 24:00), will incur in an additional fee of 150EUR.
